The check-in is now over. Everyone who did not respond to the check-in post (excluding those who apped in within the last month) have been swept from the game. Please take a moment to check the taken post and make sure all of your information is up-to-date.
"SICKNESS WITHIN" PLOT INFORMATION
Secondly, sign-ups for the upcoming event have been closed, and everyone has been messaged with their role. However, this does not mean that you have to sit out of this event if you did not sign up. Once the event is in full-swing, your character can still either become infected or help the caretakers care for the ill and/or search for the cure. Or you can have them react in other ways, if you would like.
Most of the information about the event was covered in the previous post, but we did forget one crucial bit of information: the symptoms of the disease. So, here is a quick timeline of how the disease progresses.

Finally, we mods have been in discussion for the last week or so about some changes we are going to make to Bastion. They are all relatively minor changes, but we still ask that you read through this section, so that you can become acquainted with them.

A modly announcement + Check-in post
Dec. 31st, 2013 11:00 pmbastionmodsAs our game has been growing, we have realized that there is getting to be too much mod work for only two mods to do. So, we have decided to add two new mods to our mod team: Taco (![[plurk.com profile]](https://plurk.com/favicon.ico)
kasenrin) and James (trilies). They have both been very helpful in the past, so we feel they will make a great addition to our mod team. You can still contact us in any of the usual ways (email, pms, or on the mod contact page), but we hope that with four of us answers will come much quicker than they have in recent days.

thebastion has no AC, and we do not plan on implementing an AC any time soon. However, we would like to keep the taken page up-to-date, and with no AC to keep track of who is still active and not, we have decided that check-in posts would be the best way to see who is still interested in playing and who has idled out.
All you need to do is respond to this post with your name and your character's names, and we won't sweep you from the game. You have until Wednesday, August 21st to respond to this post, or you will be swept from the game.
