I bring to you Ibuki Mioda from Dangan Ronpa 2. She's a fun and outgoing spaz who happens to be a Super High School Level Light Music Club Member. Wow, that's a mouthful... if you go by the official English translation, she's just the Ultimate Musician.

And no, her music as of recent can't really be called Light Music. It's... pretty much freaky death metal.

She'll be showing up on day 241, or Sunday our time.
